Ranch Rules & FAQ’s

 

Do you rent out cabins individually?

No, when you make a reservation, you are booking the entire ranch. We do not rent out any of the cabins individually. You will have the entire ranch to yourself.

Do you allow hunting or target shooting?

No. Hunting and shooting of any kind are not allowed. Violators will be prosecuted.

Do you supply pool towels?

Yes, pool towels are provided and stored in the bathhouse nearest the pool.

Are there any wild animals on the property?

Yes, This is a ranch property, surrounded by other large acreage ranches. You may encounter wild animals, such as deer, bobcats, coyotes, wild hogs, snakes, scorpions, spiders and other creatures. Please keep your distance from any wild animals.

Can I bring my ATV?

Yes, you may bring your own ATV or UTV to drive around the ranch. Any ATV use is at your own risk and we will not be held liable for any injuries.

Do you supply firewood?

No, we do not supply firewood. You are welcome to gather any dead wood from around the ranch to burn in the fire pit, you may bring your own, or you can have some delivered. Please visit our vendor page for information on firewood delivery. Please check with Gillespie County for any burn bans before lighting any campfires at the ranch.

Is the property fenced?

Yes, the property is fully fenced with an automatic gate at the entrance. Do not cross any fences or trespass onto any neighboring properties.

Are fireworks allowed?

Sorry, fireworks are not allowed due to the high risk of a brush fire on the ranch.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are pet friendly. All that we ask is that you kindly clean up after your pets and take responsibility for any damages that they may cause.

Where is the pool located?

The pool is located next to the main house and Maple Cabin.

Is the pool gated?

Yes, the pool is fully fenced with an auto close gate. The gate shall remain closed at all times. Children in the pool area must be supervised at all times.
